Website Visibility Audit for Travel & Hospitality Businesses
Find out what’s making your website hard to find, understand, or book from.
Before you spend more time changing your website, let’s figure out what’s actually working, what’s confusing Google, and what might be stopping people from booking.
The Website Visibility Audit is a focused SEO website audit for creative and travel businesses that want a clearer plan before you keep rewriting pages, moving buttons around, or guessing what to fix next.
Your website might look good, but still not be bringing in the right people, inquiries, bookings, or leads.
That usually does not mean the whole site is broken. It usually means something in the structure is getting in the way. The message might not be clear enough yet. Google might not fully understand what you offer. Your service pages, buttons, or booking path might be a little too quiet.
The audit helps you see those gaps clearly, so you are not guessing your way through another round of website edits.
What is a Website Visibility Audit?
A Website Visibility Audit is a detailed review of how well your website is helping people find you, understand what you offer, and take the next step.
It looks at both sides of your website.
The search side: what Google can read, understand, and connect you with.
The human side: what a real person sees, feels, and does once they land on your site.
Both matter very much.
A page can technically have SEO basics in place and still feel confusing. A website can look beautiful and still make people unsure where to click. The audit helps connect those pieces so your website is not just sitting there looking pretty. It’s doing its job.
What you’ll get
At the end of the audit, you’ll receive a written audit document with:
A prioritized list of what to fix first
SEO notes for your most important pages
Keyword ideas based on what your audience is actually searching for
Page recommendations to improve clarity, trust, and flow
Content opportunities for blog posts, service pages, or location based pages
Conversion notes for buttons, navigation, inquiry forms, and booking paths
A simple action plan you can use without rebuilding your whole website
No vague “improve your SEO” advice.
You’ll know what is working, what is getting buried, and what needs a cleaner path forward.
Why this audit is different
A lot of website audits look only at the technical pieces. Page titles. Keywords. Broken links. Metadata. Those things matter, and yes, I look at them.
But your website is not only being read by Google.
It is also being read by a real person who is deciding whether they trust you, understand your offer, and feel ready to take the next step.
That is why this audit looks at both sides of your website: how it shows up in search and how it feels once someone lands there.
I review the SEO foundations, page structure, messaging, user flow, calls to action, and booking path together, because those pieces are connected. A page can be technically fine and still feel confusing. It can look beautiful and still bury the offer. It can have good information and still leave people unsure of what to do next.
This audit is meant to help you see what is working, what is getting lost, and what needs to be clearer so your website can support both visibility and trust.
What I’m looking for when I review your site
The search side
Can Google understand what your business offers, who it is for, and which pages matter most? I look at things like page titles, headings, keywords, metadata, image details, internal links, and content structure.
The human side
Can a real person land on your site and quickly understand what you do, why it matters, and whether they are in the right place? I look at your messaging, page flow, offer clarity, trust signals, and whether the most important details are easy to find.
The booking side
Can someone move from interested to inquiring without getting lost? I look at your calls to action, service pathways, contact flow, and any places where the next step feels buried, vague, or easy to miss.

How the Website Visibility Audit works
The audit starts with a little context, because your website should be reviewed with your actual business, offers, audience, and goals in mind.
Here’s what the process looks like:
1. We start with a Discovery Call
First, we’ll talk through your business, your offers, your current website, and what you want the site to do better.
This helps me understand what your website needs to support, who it needs to speak to, and where things may already feel unclear.
2. I send you a case brief & contract
After the call, I’ll send over a case brief and contract so we are both clear before the audit begins.
The case brief will outline what I understand about your business, what your website needs help with, what I’ll be reviewing in the audit, and what you’ll receive at the end.
The contract will cover the scope, timeline, access, and responsibilities, so everything feels clear before any website login details are shared.
3. We sign the contract before access is shared
After the contract is signed, you’ll send over the login details I need to review your website backend.
This allows me to look at what is happening behind the scenes, including your SEO settings, page setup, navigation, images, and other details that are not always visible from the front end.
4. You send your website login details
Once the case brief is approved, you’ll send over the login details for your website backend.
This allows me to review what is happening behind the scenes, including your SEO settings, page setup, navigation, images, and other details that are not always visible from the front end.
5. I review your website over 5 business days
I’ll review your website over 5 business days from when you send me your login details.
6. You receive the audit document
Once the review is complete, I’ll send you a clear audit document with my findings and recommendations.
7. We book a review call
After you’ve had time to read through the audit, we’ll book a call to go over your questions.
This gives us space to talk through anything that feels unclear, prioritize the next steps, and make sure the recommendations feel useful instead of overwhelming.
8. You get 2 revision rounds
After the review call, you’ll have 2 revision rounds for the audit document.
These are for clarifying recommendations, refining the action plan, or making sure the final document feels clear and easy to use.
9. Final handoff
Once the revisions are complete, I’ll hand off the final audit document and we can speak about continuing our engagement with implementation.

-
No, there is not usually cause for a whole website redesign.
Most of the time, the issues are smaller than that. The message needs to be clearer. The buttons need to be easier to find. The services need a stronger structure. The homepage needs to stop doing five jobs at once.
The audit helps you understand whether your website needs a few smart updates, a deeper clean up, or, possibly, a bigger redesign later.
-
Getting found on Google matters, but visibility does not stop there.
Once someone lands on your website, they still need to understand what you offer, who it is for, why they should trust you, and what to do next.
A website can show up in search and still lose people if the page feels confusing, the offer is buried, or the inquiry button is easy to miss.
That is why this audit looks at both SEO and website clarity. Google needs to understand your site, but real people need to feel guided through it, too.
-
No. The audit can review most websites, including Squarespace, Framer, Wix, WordPress, and other platforms.
That said, the recommendations are always based on what your platform can realistically support. I am not going to hand you a list of changes that make no sense for the site you actually have.
If your website is on Squarespace, I can usually be more specific with platform based notes because I know how Squarespace structures pages, SEO settings, images, and navigation.
-
Yes, depending on what your website needs and what platform it is built on.
The audit gives you the plan first, so you are not guessing or changing random parts of your website. After that, we can talk about whether you want to make the updates yourself or have me help with implementation.
Some changes may be simple, others may need more copy, page structure, or design support.
Either way, the audit gives us a clearer starting point.
